Apparently it is hard to find photos of this theater. Here is a picture of the valley road-chatham road junction. One can see a billboard on the side of the theater. Better than nothing. Note that the bus number 5 was going to TST star ferry terminal.

Another photo showing sky theater. It should be the taller building just north of station lane at the upper right corner of the photo.

Before the Sky theater was built in 1961, the site was occupied by Tai Hing Knitting Factory built in 1925.

Thank you simtang for the photos! I shown them to my father, who took a trip down memory lane since my parental grandmother's family lived at the building on No. 3 / 5 Valley Road. He remembered watching 唐山大兄 (The Big Boss) at the Theatre. He told me my grandmother's family owned the whole building back then and apparently my grandmother would have to be escorted by a 妹仔 Muizai when she leaves the house. He would love to hear from any one lived nearby in the 1960s - 70s!

Here are pages for other buildings in the neighbourhood that may have photos your father would recognise: https://gwulo.com/map-of-places#17~22.30947~114.18377~Map_by_GovHK-Mark…
