Peter Henry SIN Ping Hei,1901-1982, was the founder of the law firm P.H. Sin & Co. and father of Charles Cho Chiu Sin, OBE (冼祖昭) 1936-2021) a Hong Kong lawyer and businessman, a founder of Hong Kong's Kam Ngan Stock Exchange and its chairman before it merged with the other three local exchanges in 1985 for the formation of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong of which he was chairman from 1987 to 1988. P. H. Sin & Co employed Elsie Leung Oi Sie where she served five years' articles before passing the Law Society of England's examinations and being admitted as a Hong Kong solicitor. P. H. Sin & Co amalgamated with the firm of Iu, Lai and Li in 1993.
