The original owners were Gaston Victor Jean Pacros de Martin and his wife, Agnes Mary Pacros de Martin. The land was purchased in 1922. Current designation TPIL 12.
G. P. de Martin was the Acting Director of Education in 1930-32. He stayed on in Hong Kong after his retirement and was appointed member of the Court of the University of Hong Kong.
Both were interned at Stanley Camp and remained in Hong Kong after the war. They resided at their house at Tai Po Kau.

Not sure but this is TPIL 12 which sold in 2016. Per the news, the original owners included deceased actor 鄧光榮 and deceased tycoon Stanley Ho
