Lai Kit, former Kowloon Motor Bus Co. driver, J.J. Richards and C.A. Gehring, all charged with High Treason, appeared on remand before Mr. C.Y. Kwan at the Central Magistracy yesterday morning.
The hearing of the case against Lai Kit was fixed for Thursday, April 10, and the two following days, starting at 10 a.m. At the request of Mr. R.S. Smith the case against J.J. Richards was adjourned till April 16, and against C.A. Gehring till April 8.

His trips to Macao were partly to gather information about the British Consul, John Reeves.
