The beacon located on the peak near Ping Fung Shan. Even though it's quite far from Tai Po Tau, but according to the beacon scale and shape, there have chance as that one.

Yes. It's similar to Yuen Chuen Ancian Trial and Castle Peak. I have also uploaded few photos for record.
