Hi There,
While walkinga long the refurbished foot path away from Emplacement two toward the stairs of the Sunset Pavilion, right at the intersection there seemed to be a marker made of crude concrete. I could not make up any marking though. Marker is approximate. Will try to refine position next time.
Whoever walking by are welcome to verify.

Concrete marker stones
Surely all the 19th Century and early 20th Century marker stones were solid stone, not made of low-grade concrete?
This post about Jubilee Battery shows various unearthed W.D. marker stones and all seem to be carved solid stone and one from the late 1930s perhaps of high-grade concrete.
Re: Possible Marker
Hi There,
That was why I marked it up as 'Possible Marker'. The piece of work is definitely artifical, especially it is on an intersection of foot paths. It looked like War time concrete too. Don't know if the steps were there pre-war though. I guess foot paths were everywhere there as ruins could be found on both sides of the steps further down.
Anyway, suggestions welcome.
