I have visited the place today and found 2 tunnels, one on each side of the building.

The one on the north side of the building goes very deep (staircases). I didn’t have correct torches with me so I didn’t go further.  It is under the building. There is a square chamber before the stairs.

The one on the south side goes in the direction of under the trail. It seems to stop rather soon.
