Thanks, I have updated the positions supplied for all.

I don't think there was a - between 2 and 4. My sketch at the time doesn't indicate one, and after checking the rest of my notes, it would be unusual in that area. Generally, if there are a small number of lookouts in the direction indicated, they are shown as separate numbers separated by a space. If there are multiple numbers as seen around the Shatin and Golden Hill areas, they are shown as the lowest and highest number, separated by 'to' e.g. 60 to 70. I say generally, because there are a couple of exceptions where 'to' is substituted as -.
