Sailors & Soldiers Home in Wanchai

Hi,

I remember there used to be a Sailors & Soldiers Home on Hennessy Road, Wanchai close to Fenwick Street.  However it has not shown up in any old photos I came across on this site.  Does anyone know its history, have any photos and know when it was demolished?

Thank you for the link.  

Unfortunately the main entrance cannot be seen in the photos.  I remember that the exterior was white / grayish with some blue lines.  Was Sailors & Soldiers Home on the ground level of the Methodist Church?  What purpose did it serve?
