I think we had passed through Sulphur Channel and that the Peak on the left might be Mt Davis but I didn't think that it had such a pronounced summit. Any suggestions?

High West
The sharp peak is High West. Yes, you were off the western end of HK Island with Mount Davis just out of sight on the left. I think the original block of Queen Mary Hospital (QMH) can be seen to the right of centre of the photo.
