This is a view of the old blocks 1 & 2 along Shek Kip Mei Street. The view is looking south. Just past the block on the right is the St Francis of Assisi Church and Primary school.
I was in the area earlier today and strived to take a shot from the same angle as the image above. Blocks 1 and 2 were demolished several years ago and the site lay empty for about 5 years before construction started on Mei Hei House and Mei Pak House. The lower floors consist of a shared carpark/mall/podium that is about the same height as the old resettlement blocks.
