This is cropped from an HKMS map, their ref: 1:600 137-NE-8 (Ed 1922).
The map reference says it is a 1922 edition, but the layout of the pier suggests it is from the 1930s, so I'm not sure which is correct. It'll be good to see more photos of the pier from the 1900s-1930s to clarify.
