I've only just added it to Amazon, so that page is looking a bit unloved at the moment.
The idea is that it is good to have the book on Amazon's website, as that is where many readers search for books first. Their system is a bit odd though, as it forces shipping costs to be added as though the book is shipped from within the USA (ie cheap to US addresses, expensive for all countries), even though it is clearly shown as "ships from Hong Kong". So I guess that only American customers would use it. I'll use this as a trial to decide whether or not to add Volume 2 when that is published.
