Located at 113 Argyle Street, Mongkok, now stands a commercial building.
Chuhai College has been relocated to Tsuen Wan in 1992 while Taitung Middle School has been closed.

The school moved to its present site in 1914 and the present building was completed in 1981.
An 1897 map shows the building 'Fairlea'. It faces on to two roads, and is numbered 36 Pokfoolam (sic.) Road and 9 Bonham Road.

1884, April 26th, foundation stone is laid. (Reported on page 2 of HK Daily Press, 28 April 1884):
"Saturday afternoon (April 26th, 1884) witnessed the formal commencement of the long projected work of erecting a new building for the accommodation of the institurion hitherto known as the Central School, but which has now been honoured with the more distinguished title of Victoria College. [...]
Guessing demolition date is end of 1959, based on notes from aetse:
The [second St Joan of Arc school building was] completed in around 1960. I entered St Joan of Arc Kindergarten in around 1957-58 period, in an older building on the same site. That building used to be Wah Yan College, and before that, St. Joseph's College.

I'm not sure of the dates for completion / demolition. It is shown at this location on a 1958 map (Plate 7-3, Mapping Hong Kong book).
