Address: Wyndham Street, Central, Hong Kong. No street number is available. Cinema Treasures has discussion pages on Star Cinematograph and another theatre called Salon-Cinema Theatre, and street photos and location markers place both theatres at 17 Wyndham Street currently occupied by Man Cheung Building.
Salon-Cinema Theatre: https://gwulo.com/node/36858#17/22.28068/114.15525/Map_by_ESRI-Markers/…

Address: Only street name is available. The Cinema Treasures street photo places the site on the east side of Yen Chow Street at the corner with Fuk Wa Street, Sham Shui Po, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Its location marker, however, is several blocks to the south at Yu Chau Street. Given Castle Peak Road had more traffic than Lai Chi Kok Road in that period, I consider Fuk Wa Street was more likely the site of the theatre, where the current McDonald's operates.
Seating capacity: unknown
Address: 15 Wyndham Street, Central, Hong Kong. Please note street number and location marker are approximate. The current Man Cheung Building is believed to be the occupant at the site of the former theatre. Only the English name is available in the sources. The Chinese name posted on this page, 沙龍影院劇院, has been translated using Google which is likely its name if such existed.
Seating capacity: unknown.
Address: 7 Water Street, Sai Ying Pun, Hong Kong. A Google street walk was taken to identify the location of the theatre using the above address - on the west side of Water Street where it intersects with Second Street. Cheong Wing Court is the current occupant at the site. (please see edit below)
Edit: May 29, 2017 - David's research has revealed (see comments section below) that the cinema was most likely located across the street to the east. Accordingly, I have moved the location marker to the east side of Water Street.
Seating capacity: unknown
Address: The source photo places it on the south side of the current YMCA and Salisburg Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Kowloon, Hong Kong. At that time, the site was likely green/open space which enabled the theatre to be set up for night shows.
No Chinese name has been identified in my internet search. One definition of Palisade is a fence of iron railings or wooden stakes fixed in the ground forming an enclosure. A technical translation is 柵欄 but I don't think it would have been a good choice.
Seating capacity: unknown.
Address: Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon, Hong Kong. There is a photo showing Tai Yat Theatre and Kwong Ming Theatre operating next to each other. The Gwulo page's discussion on Kwong Ming Theatre helps locate Tai Yat Theatre, and is repeated here:
Seating capacity: unknown
Address: 95 Kai Yan Road**, Kowloon City, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
The location marker is approximate. Current Google Maps show a short Kai Yan Street on the former Kai Tak Airport site. The high street number suggests that the street at one time was longer than is now.** The Cinema Treasures page shows a photo of the cinema with Chinese caption in the photo "Located in Kowloon City Cheung On Street New Kowloon Cinema, 1930s, site subsequently became Kai Tak Airport Visitors plaza/building".
Seating capacity: unknown
Address: 603-609A Nathan Road, Mong Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. Sun Hing Building is the current occupant at the site.
Seating capacity: advertised 200, actual number may vary.
Address: The Podium, Cyberport 2, 100 Cyberport Road, Cyberport, Pokfulam, Hong Kong
It is not a no misspell, Moonlight Movies is the actual name. My internet search has not been able to find its Chinese name. If indeed, there was one, it could be 月下 because it conveys an event or occasion happening under moonlight, or a romantic atmosphere.
