Hi, as Gwulo fans you obviously have an interest in local and family history. I would like to make you aware of a free celebration event. This is to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Society for One-Place Studies (a world-wide organisation). The Society of genealogists (UK) and British Association for Local History and Genealogy Stories are joining together. There are 130 free 10 minute talks between 22nd September and 1st October. I believe all talks will be online for 2 weeks after that. A huge range of talks relating to local and family history, including software, sources, story telling, photography etc etc. There are already 700 Facebook group members from around the world, sharing interests and useful links etc.
