Knightsbridge Court A-G houses, built on the site of the former house with the same name. It took a quite long time to build these new ones. In November 2009 the deconstruction of the old Court started, first sign of reconstruction ( a crane) was in October 2011. The houses were finished in November 2013 - when the first of seven houses was sold.

With a 1,577-square-foot roof and a 1,992-square-foot garden, the house falls behind two other houses, also located on The Peak, in the sellable square foot stakes. "
