According to the history of Wilkinson & Grist written by Rev Carl Smith I confirm that the above was a solicitor with our firm from 1919 to about 1955.
His greatest achievement was to be the promoter of the Shek O Development Company Limited. The Governor was initially against the Scheme but eventually changed his opinion. Initially the enclave would have a Club house and membership would be restricted to Europeans and Americans.
