Cemetery Interment lists
St Michael's Catholic Cemetery - lists prior to 1907 appear to be copies of Carl Smith individual cards, rather than the cemetery lists themselves.
I'm curious about the source, too, since the books I've seen had more information for specific burials.
Btw, the heading for this should read 'interment'. Internment is something different.
Can't trust autocorrect. I
Can't trust autocorrect. I've changed it to Burial to avoid confustion.
Cemetery information
Two questions:
1. At St Michael's, re; the "Catholic" part? Does that mean you had to be Catholic to be buried there?
2. Is there a way to change a listing on the Gwulo Happy Valley list? At the moment it shows as follows and should read died 5th July 1941. all other info is correct.
16B--/01/07-
In loving memory of / James William King / died 11th July 1912 / aged 37 years / also of / Ellen Harriet / the beloved wife of the above / died 5th July 1911 / aged 59 years / Sunshine passes, shadows fall / but love and remembrance outlast all W M Nodes Ltd.#7869#9999
Thanks,

re: Cemetery information
Yes, I believe that you had to be Catholic to be buried there.
I've corrected the entry for Ellen.
