This is the New Kowloon Cemetery No. 1, also known as the Chinese Christian Cemetery, which opened in 1904. The modern concrete building to the right is Musang College, to the left is the Arts And Technology Education Centre at 145 Junction Rd, and the houses between them are the Inverness Road Squatter Area in Kowloon City.
The long roof visible right below the cemetary are the “Ho Ka Yuen” (何家園) stone houses on Junction Road, which were retained after the Inverness Road Squatter Area was cleared in 2001.
