As far as I know, the former Police Training School in Kowloon was at Mongkok Police Station.

The outline of this building on a map from the 1930s [Plate 3-5b, Mapping Hong Kong] has the same outline as the Berlin Mission building from the 1900s.

Moddessy writes:

The Fire Station and No. 5 Police Station were co-located at the junction of Wellington St and Queen's Road Central, sometimes referred to as the "Crossroads".

1903 Fire on Queen's Road Central. I think the building in the centre is the No. 5 Police Station.

Dates are guesses, based on notes from Mike Watson:

 The original Water Police Station in TST was constructed in the mid-1860s and was superceded by the existing building, first occupied on 19 September 1884.

This is one of the buildings under the Government's 'Revitalisation Scheme'. The selected project is "The Green Hub for sustainable living", by the Kadoorie Farm and Botanic Garden Corporation.
