Bowen Road Borrett Road

I was walking on Bowen Road near Borrett Road this past weekend and noticed a zig-zag stone wall walkway with two (one in whole and one in part) stone pillars which look like an entrance.  Would it have been the entrance to what used to be the Military Hospital?

Thanks for any input.

Yes, it would be the Bowen Road entrance to the former BMH On the left of the half stone pillar next to the guardhouse there is a drainpipe with an ERI (King Edward VII) inscription. These inscriptions can be seen on other parts of the building on Borrett Road as mentioned here:http://gwulo.com/node/3743

There are also numerous military boundary stones along Bowen and Borrett Roads that mark the site of the former BMH as seen here: http://gwulo.com/hong-kong-war-department-boundary-stones
