No.1a Cornwall Street
This was the former Air Commander's residence, located at the junction of Cornwall St and Devon St in Kowloon Tong. Supposedly now part of the PLA garrison and listed on maps as "Senior Officer's Residence". The site still has WD marker stones in the perimeter wall.
The style is similar to other 50's era houses nearby so I have put a tentative build date as 1955 (it doesn't appear on 1949 aerial imagery, so this is obviously a guess).
