The Lesbirel family were close friends of John Olson snr. and his family as both Lesberil snr. and Olson snr. had been tavern owners. I believe the Lesbirels were originally from Jersey. Annie Lesberil married James Henry Mead of Kelly & Walsh, the bookseller on 10 September 1912 at St. Andrews Church, Kowloon.
