Thanks for posting this and your other photos. I'm particularly interested in the ones taken from Matilda Hospital as it gave, and still gives, some of the very best views of the south west corner of the Island.
Your photo above shows a white house between Matilda and High West, the mountain in the middle distance. Based on the 1950's map at https://gwulo.com/atom/14175, I think it's Kellett Lodge, No. 180 & 181 The Peak.
