Father Riganti was a Catholic priest who came to Hong Kong with an Italian misiionary society in January 1920. He occupied many positions in the Catholic church before and after the war. He remained in Hong Kong during the occupation. He assisted at the wedding of Thomas and Evelina Edgar on June 29, 1942. One of his areas of expertise was liturgical music.
