Tregunter Blocks in 1980
By a hint from "philk" I found this node. My images from August 1980 (http://gwulo.com/atom/20959 and http://gwulo.com/atom/20900) show three blocks under construction. This shows that in the 1980s three "medium high-rise" houses were built.
