This is one of a series of photos taken of my father Alan Bailey, with the Governor of Hong Kong, Sir Robert Black - on an official visit to the opening of a Government building or facility. Not sure which? I think the date was 1954? I just like the chauffer's jodpurs and also the old sailing junk in sail just at the back of the photo!
