KCRC diesel No 54 R. BAKER at Hung Hom Station now in the grey livery of the Kowloon Canton Railway Corporation (KCRC) established in 1983 to replace the Government run KCR. As a result of the successful performance of the first two diesels a further three locomotives with more powerful engines were ordered from Australia in 1954. No 53 H.P. Winslow, No 54 R. BAKER & No 55 R.D. Walker all previous General managers.
