Hi There,

The skyline is the same as the other public pier photo.  This one clearly showed the North Point Power Plant, The Causeway Bay Magistry, Mount Butler Quarry.  It would also seem the Princess was disembarking from a boat.

So the pier was likely the old Tsim Sha Tsui Public Pier next to Star Ferry.
