Here is a bit of trivia from the archive of William Richmond Fell that must relate to his stopover in Hong Kong on the HMS Bonaventure when the ship came to transport the post-war sick and injured back to England in 1946. The archive has today gone to the Naval Museum in Portsmouth. Preserved in a dustbin bag by WRF's son after being brought to the UK from New Zealand, many of the papers are crumpled but still legible.
