Houses on Barker and Severn Road

For most buildings on the Peak, lifetime is limited. Many houses are third generation, others second generation. 

In this photo, we see at the bottom left Altadena House [1974-] (red) and Cragside Mansion [1975-], on the opposite side of Barker Road is 22 Barker Road (Jack Ma's house) [2024- ]. Bottom right are Richmond Houses A-D [2003- ]. Uphill from these buildings is the new 3 Severn Road (Severn Villa (second generation)) [2025- ].
