Southern side of Ship Street on Queen's Road East

Hi There,

It would seem the construction of the Hopewell site is almost completed on the QER side.  Street view still shows the upper part on Kennedy Road is still under construction.  The compound now blocked the lower end of the steps.  From what I saw when walking up the short portion of ship street, there is a platform up there.  The tower is a lift shaft.  There may be stairs somewhere, but won't be able to explore it until it is opened.
