Where is this sports ground and domed building?
From The Peak circa 1995-8.
I don’t recall seeing this green space in recent years. Possibly now blocked by subsequent high-rise buildings.

It was unlikely to be from the Peak because the photo was likely taken on the slopes on Tai Hang's side. The dome and the beige\brown building is the Saint Paul's Convent School complex\Christ the King Chapel.
The greens was and still is Disciplined Services Sports and Recreation Club.

Checked the maps. From the line of sight the photo was likely taken somewhere from the general area of Mount Butler\Jardine's Lookout. Maybe close to the summit with a long lens?

The pic was probably taken with a long lens from the hiking trails above Jardines lookout.
Probably with the Russian 500mm Mirror lens I purchased in 1971 from a long-gone camera shop in the Ocean Terminal.
It was and still is compact enough to easily carry in a small bag along with a 35mm film camera.
