I am attempting to identify this badge, whioh seems to be a race club membership of some sort.  The vendor thought it was from Hong Kong.  The most I can say is that it seems East Asian, but I cannot make sense of the abbreviation FKC.  A second image shows the hallmark on the reverse.  Any information or advice is appreciated.
