Address: Harbour City, Canton Road. Placing the marker at the former Hong Kong Hotel at 3 Canton Road. Not sure if there was a Marco Polo at the northen end of Harbour City.

Hi Carl,

Yep, the one and only Marco Polo Hotel at that time was in the area you mention. As far as I remember there were three hotels on the seaside of Canton Road between the Star Ferry and the junction with Kowloon Park Drive. The Hong Kong Hotel was the furthest south, the other two being up at the north end - the Marco Polo Hotel and another one, the name of which escapes me.
