Causeway Bay waterfront

This is neither the Western District nor the Kennedy Town waterfront with reclamation work going on as I first thought but Causeway Bay.   Please see the comment by Tngan for an accurate description!

Hi there,

This is actually Causeway Bay water front.  If you zoom in you should be able to see the Excelsior  Hotel, Paterson Street private housing estate, World Trade Centre.   Park Lane Hotel could also be seen at the left edge of the photo.

Thanks!  In 1981, I didn't write on the slide mounts so, apart from some of the obvious ones about which I am quite certain, my memory is rather dodgy - as opposed to the 1958 ones which are deeply planted in my memory.  I looked at the buildings long and hard but couldn't identify any of them.  I'll correct the title immediately.  Please feel free to check out the others - and there are a lot more to come!
