In the foreground is the emergency electricity generator building. Many of the feeder poles and several Mast type23's can be seen. The masts were painted red and white due to the proximity of the runways. In the centre some of the accommodation nissen huts can be seen with the taxiways and runway on the right. In the distance are the barrack blocks and the water tower near to the Station Headquarters.
