Small, likely single-storey building at the western corner of the junction of Queen's Road Central with Duddell Street. It was constructed on I.L. 291 probably soon after the land sale in 1846. It only can bee seen on a photo from c.1875 here.
In 1878, it was replaced by a new building, demolition probably was in 1876. All dates for this building are estimates (or even guesses).
