71 Des Voeux Road Central.
The building extended from DVRC on the south to Connaught Rd Central on the north, and is easily spotted in views from the harbour as it had a large sign for Rolex on its roof.
Moddsey notes that its original name was "Realty Building". I'm not sure when the name changed, but in 1983 it is given as "Wing On House (Realty Building)", so probably in the early 1980s.
Completion date from "Names of Buildings".
