I have compiled a list of addresses in Kowloon Tong that are mentioned in the Jurors Lists between 1925-1935. Currently, my list only contains the relevant address, the year in which that address was first mentioned in the Jurors List, and who the occupant was for that year (occasionally I have also identified the person's position). If a particular address is missing from my list, it is because I did not see it anywhere in the Jurors Lists for that 10-year period (but feel free to let me know if you find one that I missed, or notice any mistakes). I have not included addresses on Waterloo Road at this stage. I hope to add more details to this list later, time permitting. Several of the names are mentioned at least twice, as people seem to have changed address quite frequently within the development in the early years.

Kowloon Tong addresses prior to 1930
Until 1930, the Jurors Lists referred to addresses in Kowloon Tong simply by a number, e.g. "106 Kowloon Tong" without a street name, probably because it was still a new development. I am not sure what the number referred to (perhaps the developer's original site plan?), but it does not seem to be the official lot number (e.g. N.K.I.L. 786). The numbers given in the 1927-1930 Jurors Lists range from 6 to 334 Kowloon Tong, whereas the official lot numbers (as viewed on a 1934 plan of the Kowloon Tong development) range from N.K.I.L. 683 to N.K.I.L. 926. In the 1930 Jurors List, numbered street addresses began to be used for some Kowloon Tong residents (e.g. 1 Suffolk Road, Kowloon Tong), but not others. Over the next few years, the Jurors Lists became more precise, and by 1933, numbered street addresses were used almost exclusively (for Kowloon Tong, at least).
One property that seems to have pre-dated the Kowloon Tong Garden Estate development was the 'Fernandez Bungalow', residence of Menino Fernandez from 1923 to at least 1933. Menino Fernandez was working as a liquidator for HK Mercantile Co. in 1923/24, and then as a self-employed sharebroker from 1925. No number or street address is given for his bungalow, but the 1933 Jurors List refers to it as being in 'Old Kowloon Tong'.
