Police Station, the Peak, Hong Kong Island, c.1875-80.This small Police Stationwas designated ''No.6 Police Station'' and was located on a small hill off the Peak Road, near Victoria Gap. It would be replaced, in 1886, by the Mount Gough Police Station. Although some development of the Peak began soon after the first path to the Peak was cut in 1859, it was not until the late 1870s that residing on the Peak became popular, though most dwellings were little more than summer bungalows. The residential development increased rapidly with the opening of the Peak Tramways in 1888.

Re: # 6 Police Staion and Postbox at Victoria Gap
I am not too sure about the date being 1875-1880. It may have been later as the pillar postbox at the Peak was erected in 1892.
