This is a scan of my great grandfather's death certificate. If you look closely he is shown to have died at 98B Wanchai Road.
Taken with the other document I have posted it would seem what nearly a century ago both A and B were places where both my great grandmother and my great grandfather laid their heads.
I fail to see what difference a rent role would show and David has done a huge amount of research on where the site now is.
It seems to me there are some things we will never know and most of them are of no great importance anyhow. These certificates though would seem to show an Olson presence in both these properties. I think I have also mentioned that in one of the Jury lists Charles Olson - son of John - is shown as having an address at 98B.
The houses, godowns, whatever, became the temporary office of Warren and Co Ltd around 1921 when my grandfather and family left to live in the UK.
