When the MTR was being built ever wondered about who arranged all the road diversions and road closures whilst huge steel constructs were being driven to site and put into position? Middle is Martin Sampson (SIP) me on the left and ? on the right. together with a large squad of constables and sergeants we liased with the engineers and laid plans and supervised the roads and closures and time table of each section until the thing was complete.
