Perhaps some Gwulos far and near would appreciate what might well be a final glimpse of China Light & Power Offices before they are inevitably demolished.
The offices are empty - but surprisingly the clock is working and showing the correct time - as on 5th February 2013 !

Sad day when that iconic building goes.Spent many happy times gazing out over that view from our flat in the 60s...will miss it.

Preservation
If I remember correctly, the development proposed by CLP was to demolish the office portions on the western side (already gone), and preserve the main section with the clock tower forming part of the development. I think they said the old main entrance/offices/clock tower remain will be turned into some sort of a museum/showcase on the history of Hong Kong electricity supply.
