- If you're ordering a print and you live outside Hong Kong, I won't be able to send you your print until I'm back in September.
- If you're ordering a print and you live in Hong Kong, you have the option of collecting your order from the printer's shop in Central, or waiting for it to be mailed in September.
- There's no delay if you're looking for digital images to licence. Their payment and delivery is all handled via the internet, so I can handle those orders as normal.

What is your refund / return policy?

If you're not happy with the photos for any reason, please contact me within 30 days of receiving them. (My email address is at the bottom of the page).
I'll ask you the reason you're unhappy with the photos, and give you details how to return them to me. Once I receive them I'll refund your purchase price, plus the postage you paid to return them to me.

How long does it take to deliver?
A:
For overseas orders, the photos are sent to you by registered airmail, and typically arrive within 10 days of us receiving your payment. If you haven't received them after two weeks, please let me know. (My email address is at the bottom of the page.)
Local orders in Hong Kong typically arrive within 4 working days.

Can I get a digital copy of the photo to use in my own project?
A:
Yes, we also sell licences for digital copies, so that you can include the photo in your own project.
As well as the typical projects like book publishing and video production, our photographs have also appeared as event backdrops, hotel wall-coverings, and even restaurant place-mats!

Why is there a white border around the photo?
A:
So that you see more of the photo.
When you frame a photo, there is usually a card surround between the glass and the photo. This card surround is called a 'mat'.
It is recommended to have an overlap of at least 0.25 inches between the mat and the photo you're framing. Without a border, this means the mat overlaps (hides) part of the photo.
In our case, the mat only covers the border, so all the photo can be seen.

How big is the photo?
A:
The size of the printed photo is shown under each catalogue entry.
eg If you look at this "View over Aberdeen Harbour" photo, you'll see "Size: 10 x 6.3 inches.". So the printed photo is 10 inches wide by 6.3 inches tall.
Each photo is surrounded by a half-inch white border. So in the above example, the size of the card you'll receive is 11 x 7.3 inches.

How are the photos delivered?

They are wrapped in protective packaging, then sent by registered mail within Hong Kong, or by registered airmail to all other destinations.
